Contract: Decision Analysis Consultant / Atyrau

Location: Atyrau 5/2

RoK citizenship.
Higher education in business, economics, finance, or technical engineering degree.
Required work experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Petroleum and Facilities engineering (Designs, Process and Reliability Engineering) is not less than 3 years.
Fluency in Kazakh, Russian & English.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and application of SDA.
Basic application of Crystal Ball and SIP math.
Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Adapt and use decision analysis cash flow models to evaluate project economics. Apply the Minimum Functional Objectives (MFO) framework and bring an investor mindset to projects of all sizes. Adapt framing tools and processes to help teams define project goals and objectives. Understand purposes of and is able to extract key insights from DA tools, such as cumulative probability curves (S-curves), Investment Efficiency Charts, and Tornado Plots. Able to contribute to and get insights from qualitative analytical tools
