Contract: Construction site foreman / Kazakhstan

Higher Technical University 
Technical diploma in civil, mechanical, electrical, engineering construction
Will act as Site Foreman, directly reporting to Project Manager and interact with Mechanical Electrical Supervisors and other Management team members to execute safely and timely construction activities by delivering daily tasks, reporting on site progress and personnel statuses
Mainly responsible for:
Arranging activities in Civil Structural, Installation LiftingPainting Insulation and widely supporting for Piping electrical and other cross-discipline works
Responsible for Warehousing store keeping, materials tools inventory and distribution, requesting construction materials and consumables, prepare site MR’s for materials to support site needs
Ensure all activities are comply to safety rules] instructions and procedures
Maintain daily POB reports
Maintain daily progress reports
Warehouse matters supervision (requesting, receiving, distribution and logging materials, site material balance reporting)
Ensure site groups are equipped and provided by PPE, tools and materials to deliver tasks
Conduct walkdowns and checkout site progressing
Ensure quality of works doneConduct daily safety and pre-work tool box talks and instructions
Support Safety Specialist in maintaining and promote best safety IIF culture
Support Project Admin in site HRIR and admin issues
