The client is a logistics tech company offering innovative SaaS in search of an experienced Sales Leader to lead and hunt with high energy to meet the needs and wants of a global clientele in last mile delivery management to spur growth in this high-demand sector!

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sales of electronic proof-of-delivery and multi-route planning SaaS products
  • Prospecting and building sales pipelines of new corporate customers for self-serve and larger dedicated accounts.
  • Capture sales leads and convert them in a fast moving high velocity funnel
  • Strategic sales planning and management to meet sales targets
  • Conduct effective market analysis to detect targets and explore new business opportunities
  • Formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating into the market
  • Work closely with partners to build a network of contacts in key market verticals, to produce opportunities
  • Manage and lead the whole sales cycle from sales opportunity, pipelines to contracts.
  • To build and develop long-term, strong business relationships and drive customer renewals

Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years sales experience, in SaaS product or relevance is a must
  • Strong understanding software/SaaS and ability to identify customers' needs
  • Experienced and inside sales driven
  • Understands how inbound sales work and ability to convert leads into deals
  • Experience in short deal cycles and selling to SMEs/mid-size businesses
  • Familiar with an self-service sales, with minority need demos
  • Has a good understanding of CRM workflows and segmentation (eg. HubSpot)
  • Good attitude, well mannered and personable
  • Some experience with outbound/sales hunting is advantageous
