Contract: Translator – Interpreter / Atyrau

Location: Atyrau 28/28

English/Russian linguistic educational background
Industry experience as a translator would be a preference. Experience 5+ years in translations
Has advanced knowledge and skill level of MS Office products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Works in Trados translation memory program 
Advanced working knowledge of grammar, vocabulary and stylistics
Names of governmental agencies and local authorities + company acronyms;
Company high profile terminology, like CPDEP, CSOC, FGC, Succession Plan, etc.
Dealing with complex and miscellaneous work tasks
Interacting spontaneously with English/ Russian speakers in a variety of work and social contexts.
Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of technical terms.
Providing interpretation at meetings with Partners, Ministries, Akimat’s, meetings with government officials, etc.
Providing interpretation at business meetings and VIP visits / tours to company and VIP meetings.  
Providing verbal interpretation at the Townhalls, daily meetings, staff meetings, negotiations. 
Providing written translation of scientific, technical and other documentation related to the operation of the department, memos, weekly, monthly, benchmark reports, information letters, operation instructions, correspondence between the department and the customers, minutes of the meetings, conferences, seminars etc. Create complex schemes, tables, spread sheets.
Assess language competence and provide appropriate coaching to less experienced colleagues especially in the areas related to translation, equipment, etc. with skills level evaluation feedback provided to the Supervisor
Conduct business trips.
