Within this role, you will work closely with the People & Performance Manager in a tight team of 3 across a national employee headcount of approximately 250. You will be an HR Generalist possessing a range of skills & experience, however have a passion for Recruitment and Talent engagement processes.

- Recruitment for all roles nationally, including developing and implementing strategy, generally up to 10 open roles at any one time
- Onboarding processes and management of employee probation periods
- Employee engagement initiatives
- HR Analytics and reporting
- Employee contract generation
- Exposure to ER processes
- HR Projects such as EVP overhaul
- Adhoc HR administrative support to wider team
To be considered for the role of Proposal Writer, you will possess;
- Must have 3+ years recent experience within a similar role
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail is essential
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships
- The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Proven ability to exercise initiative and judgement
Remuneration & Benefits
- The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of around $100 - $120k +superannuation, based on experience.
