Project Manager -  Land Development - Melbourne CBD/South East Suburbs

A privately owned multi-disciplinary (town planning, surveying & design) who work with with major developers, private & international investors are seeking to expand their offices in the CBD.

The work ranges from 200-2000 lot subdivisions. You will work with a talented team of engineers, designers and drafters ensuring successful project delivery on a day to day basis. 

To be successful you will for the role of Project Manager you will;

• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience in Land Development
• Open to a previous design or construction background
• Demonstrate an ability to develop to solve complex technical issues
• Possess strong leadership and project management skills, with the proven ability to deliver Land Development projects
• Impeccable communications skills both written and verbal
• Self-sufficient & Driven

Remuneration is competitive dependent on individual and fit within team;

• $140,000 - $160,000 + super & opportunity for employee share scheme/overtime/annual leave loading
