The Oil and Gas client in Perth CBD are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join them for an initial 12 months.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • General admin duties assisting different departments
  • Assisting accounts payable with processing invoices
  • Covering front desk/reception and greeting people to the company
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking enquiries and passing to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • General office duties such as ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Preparing documents for meetings and business trips
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
Skills and Experience ideally required:
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good communication skills
