Contract: Planning Consultant / Atyrau

The purpose and main function of the Planning Consultant Routine position is to provide expertise using Planning Tools to develop and maintain the plans required to ensure the Perfect Start Up through RFO.  
Job Specification and requirements: 
Education:  Higher education for respective profession. 
Work Experience: 5 years in a like or similar position
•    Leads preparation for, scope analysis and planning of complex, large-scale, special work and TA work.
•    Acts as a Mentor and trains inexperienced Coordinators and Contractors' representatives.
•    Has strong knowledge of main planning tools, such as MS Project, Primavera and similar programs.  
•    Creates and consolidates integrated work schedules on different equipment with downloading resources in Primavera.
•    Monitors work execution process and performs analysis of Primavera Data for optimization of further execution.
•    Shares experience and knowledge on work planning and coordination.
•    Develops close multifunctional relations with representative of other groups and departments, requiring consultations while performing very complicated work.
•    Replaces absent Scheduling Planners and Coordinators, and works according to discipline of the group.
•    Provides assistance and can be directly involved in Special Projects Planning Process and their execution. 
•    Ensures compliance with Company's Management procedures and documents, working conditions  improvement plan. 
•    Ensures compliance with RoK Regulatory Authorities requirements.  

Language Skills:   Kazakh, Russian, and English
