Analytical skills
English skills (advanced).
Excellent knowledge of JDE Inventory module.
Experience in eProcurement - preferable.
Understanding of inventory control principles, processes and procedures.
Higher economical or technical background.
Not less than 3 years work experience in relevant position
Contribute to the systematic management of safety, health, environmental, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance which is in support of company Operational Excellence strategy
Act as Subject matter Expert (SME) in JDE Inventory Module.
Analyze and recommend solutions for business process based on test results.
Contact company Finance, Procurement, EAM, Internal Control departments, Chevron EBS and work/test on the best resolutions of issues.
Work with Chevron EBS on enhancing the system capabilities.
Perform periodic integrity checks on inventory data.
Using a tool on SharePoint checks SAR requests for correctness and double-checks for duplicate code stocks.
In the absence of complete information in the requests, asks for the missing information.
Consults end users as needed. Improves descriptions of stock codes to avoid potential problems in the supply chain.
Helps to optimize inventory.
Attends weekly SAR committee meetings.
Having previously analyzed the data associated with requests for adding materials to permanent inventory.
Checks all new requests for permanent stock and storage according to the inventory stock, makes corrections if such material is already available.
Checks the recommendations for CC (change control) for the statement of materials on the warehouse balance.
Removes outdated / unused materials from inventory.
As a result, together with the team decides to add materials to the permanent inventory.
Controls the increase in inventory, as well as the availability of free places in warehouses.
Creates purchase requests in the ARIBA system upon request Helps in the search for materials using the available resources of the company. On request prepares a report using MS Access.
Works closely with other groups in the warehouse, with the Procurement team department, Freight forwarding team, BPA, MPS.
Assists in searching of materials using the available company resources.
Upon a request, prepares a report using the MS Access application.
Participates in the Audit.
Prepares reports, conducts preliminary internal checks.
Works with warehouses to collect and provide the required information for an audit.
Uses the capabilities of operating systems (JDE and MS Office) to optimize inventory management
Introduces new procedures, work processes to continuously improve working methods, to comply with their Operational Excellence standards
Supports other duties and special assignments as directed by the Team Lead
