Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations
  • Diagnose, identify problems, and efficiently perform repairs on production equipment
  • Make electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and adjustments on production equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Assist and direct in the movement and installation of production equipment
  • Communicate job details to other team members to ensure work is carried into following shift
  • Perform LOTO on equipment
  • Execute daily priorities as defined by the supervisor or area lead
Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years of experience
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs
Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and mechanical prints
  • Ability to extract information from manuals as needed to make machine repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and adherence to processes and policies
