The client is seeking a Process Analyst for a long-term contract in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Process Design sessions with our third-party vendor, providing support with the build of future-state of HR
  • Support mapping future state processes and updating business process maps as required;
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to support the development of collateral and/or pulling of data to support process design;
  • Support modifying/rewriting policies and processes as required;
  • Support with the creation of knowledge documents;
  • Create and perform test cases to assess business readiness;
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress;
  • Support the HR team in additional related system implementation efforts;
  • Participate in a diverse and Inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in Human Resources;
  •  CPHR, SPHR, PMP, and/or Lean Six Sigma would be an asset;
  • Previous experience working within an HR related discipline, ideally with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Strong familiarity with Human Resources practices and processes;
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and developing process documentation and supporting resources;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  •  Previous experience supporting an HR Project Implementation Project would be an asset;
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate across various levels and functions of the organization;
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, and to deploy superior listening and collaboration skills to gather information and meet the needs of stakeholders;
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and taking ownership for deliverables;
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and needs in a timely manner;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality to and use of sensitive information;
  • Ability to analyze information and apply logic to address challenges; and
  • A drive to provide solutions that positively impact organizational objectives.
