Contract: Data Analyst/Admin / Singapore

Your role

Our major Oil & Gas client is looking for a Data Analyst (WebCAT administrator) who will be responsible for producing and maintaining Operations related documentation in support of Company Management Systems. You will coordinate Process Division Basic Operator Training (new Technician onboarding as well as generate and analyse monthly stewardship report for Process Division. You will also maintain operations training records and Technician Training & Progression database.

You will develop procedures, work instruction, guidelines, and Training manuals for application to all and provide reports on the work progress on monthly basis or whenever require. You will coordinate Process Division competency profile assessment and develop/update Operations Procedure documentation.


You are what we are looking for if you:

• Have experience in report generation and data analysis
• Are proficient in MS Office
• Have a valid work authorization in Singapore that does not require sponsorship, are based in Singapore, and available within short notice due to time and travel (Covid-19) constraints
