A minimum 3-5-years’ experience in bolting and/or machining.
Preferably fluent in Russian/Kazakh and English would be an advantage for candidates.
Good educational background or experience in a mechanical discipline.
Experience of working on Mechanical service projects.
Good knowledge of bolted joint technology and principles of in situ machining.
Interpreting work scope, test packs, piping specifications, P&ID’s, isometrics, flawless start up procedures & other flange management documents.
Can operate within a multi-cultural team supporting the Senior Technician.
Conscientious and detailed approach.
Good inter-personal skills, communication & organizational skills.
Ability to coach others in multi-cultural environment.
Positive attitude.
Team & goal oriented.
Ability to demonstrate competency in Bolting and/or Machining skills.
