The client is seeking a Pricing Administrator for a long-term contract in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating, validating, maintaining and analyzing key pricing contract terms daily (including weekends)
Collect and upload benchmark pricing from multiple sources
Analyze contract disputes, identify the root cause and implement corrective actions
Design & develop process improvements through automated solutions
Communicate operational changes to key stakeholders
Collect, validate, manage and input Customer Master Data and contract terms in ERP system

Qualifications:

Deadline-conscious, able to work effectively on tight timetables, fast and accurate turnaround and ability to handle high volume demands
Strong analytical, research, critical thinking, creative in problem solving skills
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Identify issues and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and findings with limited guidance
Advanced skills in MS Excel including Pivot Tables and Macros and MS Word
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A sense of urgency that allows for working under pressure and within time constraint
Enthusiastic and proactive team player
Knowledgeable in ERP
Knowledgeable in Customer contract management and set up
Business / Technical diploma or related degree Minimum 3 years’ experience working with ERP systems and customer contract management
Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills and the ability to perform within tight deadlines and fast turnaround
Advanced skills in MS Excel including Pivot Tables & Macros and MS Word
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
