Contract: Service Technician / United Arab Emirates

Duties & Responsibilities:

1- Adhere to all Companys' safety procedures & policies in accordance with safety management system.

2- Active participation in workshop safety & tool box meetings.

3- As required, getting field training after completing workshop training & getting familiar with WCT tools.

4- Support field operations whenever required.

5- Active participation and contribution to workshop specific safety initiatives.

6- Report all hazards and unsafe acts.

7- Ensure third party compliance.

8- Actively promote positive safety culture.

9- Adhere to quality procedures & policies in accordance with the ISO9002 quality assurance system.

10- Ensure equipment is fit for purpose.

11- Raise corrective actions for all non-conformances.

12- Comply with work instructions.

13- Identify areas requiring improvement and / or audit.

14- Perform all workshop duties Including:

14.1- Redress and test of completion tools and other general rental tools in a cost effective manner and in accordance with work instructions and manufactures recommendations.

14.2- Operation maintenance and servicing of various work shop tools and equipment in relation to performing a job.

14.3- Complete all service reports and relevant documentation in performing a job.

14.4- To insure tool maintenance history is correctly documented.

14.5- Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop and yard.

14.6- Assist with equipment load outs and returns.

14.7- Assist foreman in maintaining and ordering spare parts and consumables.

15- Join and perform all field jobs as “Operations Assistance” at all clients locations.

15.1- Obtain all necessary HSE trainings, medical checkups & security passes as required by clients & local authorities to access all clients field locations.
