The Client a Global Oil and Gas operator in Perth CBD are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant to join them for an initial 12 months.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General Administrative Support
  • Communication (internal / external)
  • Event Management for internal and external stakeholders
  • Set up of group meetings / peer reviews / town halls)
  • Purchase Request support 
  • Ordering for all office stationery
  • Portal ordering for all site-based PPE
  • Onboarding / offboarding employees, contractors, secondees including internal moves
  • Office management: including office allocation, stationery, supplies & equipment support
  • Floor wardens
  • Digital support
  • MicroSoft suite support
  • Assist with coordinating office seating plans within department and provide support to facilitate personnel moves.
  • Document approvals: Coordinate the flow of all documents for approval / signature, including meeting notes & briefing materials.
  • Manage induction process for new employees and contractors (including office logistics, access, equipment, building induction etc.
  • Assist with site travel processes.
The successful candidate will be able to display:
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality required due to the sensitive nature of documentation and information that is managed by the Department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this position will interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work autonomously or in a team environment and support the additional team members.
  • Adaptable and flexible to last minute changes, requests as well as identifying process improvements for implementation across the Admin Team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
