The client, a large Oil & Gas midstream company, is currently seeking a Digital Core Change Management Advisor, based out of Calgary, AB. This is a long-term one-year contract role with strong possibility for extension.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Digital Core deployment team the change management coordinator will support the rollout of change management and communications for the S4HANA deployment in the Canadian Business unit. This position will prepare the organization for the digital transformation from legacy systems to the newly integrated foundational platform that touches 5 global locations and over 600 employees and contractors.
This will include but not be limited to managing communications and applying change management strategy for the successful adoption and sustainment of S4HANA. This individual will work closely with deployment lead and various local and corporate departments and stakeholders across the business unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply change management strategy to ensure a successful adoption and sustainment throughout the organization
- Assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Design, develop and deliver project communications in various forms for consistent, accurate and clear messaging
- Mitigate issues related to: stakeholder resistance, cultural shifts related to enterprise thinking & adoption, educational communications, customization to address the unique issues faced by different levels and functions across organizations, and desired leadership behaviors required for success.
- Manage change metrics management
- Work with the project and project team to support all phases of the deployment
- Serve as the Product Owner in the Scaled Agile Framework for BCM deliverables
- Program Communication Governance
- Build the brand and manage program messaging at the business unit
- Provide guidance and review of the plan and materials to onboard all new team members
- Coach sponsors, managers, supervisors and change agents
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires both a balance of strategic change management and experience in deployment of IT solutions (e.g., ERP) across multiple business units.
- Requires strong and effective communication and soft skills across various stakeholder groups.
- Must be a confident advisor with strong problem solving and ability to influence others
- Must have the digital literacy to develop savvy communications
- Must work well with others in a team environment and comfortable in various speaking engagements
- Demonstrated experience in complex corporate environment
