These roles will commence as a 6 or 12 month contract role with the goal of transitioning to permanent employment. Ideally you will be experienced in Coil Tubing as an Operator or Supervisor overseeing crew and jobs.
Primary responsibilities of the Coiled Tubing Supervisor include but are not limited to:
- Technical Supervision and oversight of Coiled Tubing Operations for various high profile clients on complex jobs and environments
- Lead and supervise the Coiled Tubing crew to ensure safe and efficient practice including providing mentoring and guidance on technical and safety requirements
- Ensure proactive and professional communication with stakeholders including management, client representatives and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to the campaign plan
- Ability to work under pressure and within a dynamic environment managing high risk and high profile campaigns
- Working with the Coiled Tubing Supervisor the Coiled Tubing Operators with work effectively with the crew in ensuring operation, transportation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment, transporting equipment from yard to site and deploying tools to measure well conditions.
- Previous experience as a Coiled Tubing Operator or Supervisor
- HC/MC licences are a must
- Physically fit with the ability to complete medical testing
- High risk licenses highly regarded
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work within a respected and skilled team and demonstrate the highest level of professional capabilities
- ISI – highly regarded
Rotations are even-time and day rate is in line with industry and experience.
