Contract: Land Access Negotiator / Australia

 
This role is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

Job Requirements:

• Influence multi-disciplinary teams and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts with landholders to access their land
• Advise business on its ongoing contractual and statutory obligations with respect to land access
• Assist in the resolution of any concerns raised by landholders and/or legal representatives
• Facilitate commercial outcomes within the business

About You:

• Demonstrated understanding of contract negotiation within the property, legal or resource sectors
• Proven ability to positive and creatively impact team culture and deliver
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and a willingness to proactively connect with stakeholders across the business
