The Global Oil and Gas client are currently seeking a FIFO Site Administrator for a 2:2 rotation to Barrow Island or Onslow to join them on a 12-month assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Tablet Management for work packs
Onboarding / Offboarding
Site based personnel
CAI Creation
IS Equipment
Desk Allocation
FOC access (non UGL & AGC)
Flights (non UGL & AGC)
IAM management
Mailboxes for event
Distribution list for event
Meeting set up / coordination
Catering
Room booking
FOC Card Processing
General instructions from Event Manager

Skills and Experience required:

Administration professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with flight, travel, and accommodation systems
Analytical / High attention to detail

Nice to have skills:

Adaptable and flexible, able to work autonomously or in team environment with multiple stakeholder
Good at identifying process improvements for implementation
