Global Oil and Gas client in Perth are currently seeking two Full-time Crew Coordinators to join them on an initial 12-month assignment.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Accountable for the safe operational execution of rostering for approx. 200 employees
- Identify and rectify potential scheduling conflicts and issues
- Ensure that crew members assigned to each voyage meet contractual requirements via Experience Matrix analysis
- Communicate scheduling assignments to crew members and action any questions or concerns
- Produce Work Agreements, ensuring that they meet current AMSA requirements, and provide to the vessel ahead of each crew change
- Create and issue Leave Letters to off-signing personnel
- Maintain succession plan for all Officers
- Produce monthly KPI report data for presentations
- Produce monthly Manning report data for presentation at Leadership meeting
- Review leave balance reports and schedule extended leave in order to reduce leave liability
- Assist with information relating to Workers Compensation Claims
- Process employee terminations, as required
- Provide Finance with annual budget figures for crew changes
- Review and approve payment of invoices from various stakeholders
- Liaise with nominated travel agent to ensure that travel options are the most cost effective and most logical route
- Interpret Maritime Union Enterprise Agreements and advise employees on entitlements
- Review and approve crew Expense Claims, ensuring that they are in line with Enterprise Agreements
- Populate and administer inputs into Payroll system
- Review fortnightly biographical report for Payroll
- Maintain employee records through the administration of inputs into SharePoint
- Previous experience with planning and the rostering of employee’s movements
- Experience with working across a range of employee levels covered by separate Agreements
- Requirements of qualifications with Maritime Crew via AMSA Regulations
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Problem solving, ex travel, rostering availability, schedule conflicts etc
- Payroll entry and duty report input
- Quality control systems and the ability to create SOP’s when required
- Administration of separate Union Agreements
- A working knowledge of the shipping & Maritime industry
