Your role
As an HR Learning and Development(L&D) Specialist, you will be responsible for the learning and development of external partners and their staff across the Mobility business in Singapore. This includes the planning, delivery, and administration of learning programs and solutions to this key audience across a variety of platforms and media, in line with business priorities and learning needs. Additionally, this role will also support the Cluster Learning Advisor in driving the L&D agenda for Singapore staff in the Mobility business. More specifically, your responsibilities include:

As an HR Learning and Development(L&D) Specialist, you will be responsible for the learning and development of external partners and their staff across the Mobility business in Singapore. This includes the planning, delivery, and administration of learning programs and solutions to this key audience across a variety of platforms and media, in line with business priorities and learning needs. Additionally, this role will also support the Cluster Learning Advisor in driving the L&D agenda for Singapore staff in the Mobility business. More specifically, your responsibilities include:
- Creates, aligns, and delivers a Learning plan for the external audience to enable delivery of business priorities and overall capability development of the audience
- Runs a thorough learning needs assessment to diagnose performance, skills, and knowledge gap in line with business stakeholder expectations and learner profiles
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery of learning interventions against the agreed Learning plan; reviews progress and impact regularly with key stakeholders and actions feedback; Measures and improves learning impact against agreed expectations
- Facilitates learning programs as and when required, across a variety of media and platforms – including face to face workshops, e-learnings, webinars, digital/mobile platforms amongst others
- Ensures that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business and learner needs; is able to localize global learning material and curate learning solutions as per local business relevance
- Collaborates across the learning community, Internal subject matter experts and/or external to achieve defined learning goals and objectives
- Develops, demonstrates, and deploys a strong understanding of the Mobility Singapore business; coaches and develops partners and their staff to embed the learning agenda
- Supports the Cluster learning advisor for deployment of learning solutions across Mobility Singapore staff, as and when required
- May be required to partner and support the Mobility business in delivery of key projects and other facilitation needs from time-to-time.
- Deploys relevant evaluation methods for learning content, delivery and outcomes; revise or recommend changes
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and learning techniques and deploys them as and when required – especially in digital learning
- Keeps learning records and related learning management systems up-to-date and accurate
- Maintains learning budget and resource requirements
- Performs other related duties as assigned
You are what we are looking for if you:
- Have at least two years of relevant experience in training/ L&D and are able to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning plans
- Have Post Graduate (Diploma) in HR/Training/ Learning & Development; L&D certifications would be an advantage
- Have proven ability to moderate large groups and facilitate classroom, virtual and practical learning sessions
- Have relevant experience of working with Retailers, frontline or customer representatives (preferred)
- Have strong verbal and written English communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Are flexible to work outside office location as frequent onsite visit for training purposes may be required
- Have a valid work authorization in Singapore that does not require sponsorship, are based in Singapore, and available within short notice due to time and travel (Covid-19) constraints
