The client is looking for Senior Associate Supply chain management based in the Breda Area (Netherlands) on an initial 12 month contract.
**Order-to-Cash Business Support**
Main Responsibilities of the role
- Providing appropriate and accurate information and analysis for effective decision making in Supply Chain Import/Export Department.
- Support of business Order to Cash processes and system improvements. System and process training.
- Manage and oversee Compliance related activities (GDP and SOX)
- Create reporting to support Global Supply Hub and advice on issues to be elevated.
- Advice on Order-to-Cash processes by gathering information, research and analysis of data.
- Oversee and manage Compliance related activities (e.g. Non-Conformities, Change Controls).
- ERP system support and -enhancements (operational support, incident management, training, Change Request).
- Take care of month end closing and SOX activities.
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions in the OTC space. Initiate and execute improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate and contribute in global SAP and business improvement projects.
- Act as an OTC subject matter expert in cross-functional projects
Desired Experience and Background of the successful candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics and economics
- Typically 3 or more years of related professional experience
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Excellence in working with MS Office and experience with ERP system
- Strong user experience and interest in SAP Order-to- Cash module (or similar ERP systems)
