Contract: HSE Technician - Site based (Maternity Cover) / Scotland

The client is currently recruiting for the position of HSE Technician - Site based (Maternity Cover).

Responsibilities:

HSE generalist supporting operational outputs across 3 x NE Scotland sites. Travel between all sites will be required on a regular / daily basis.

The incumbent will operate under the direct functional control of local HSE and operational control of site personnel.

Experience & Qualifications:

A sound knowledge of Subsea systems equipment is desirable.

Knowledge of Oil and Gas safety defences including lifting and rigging, pressure testing and contractor management advantageous.

This post would be ideally suitable for HSE professionals that have operated in a high tempo onshore manufacturing capability.

Conversant with regulatory compliance, inductions and PTW.

NEBOSH GC preferred but not essential.

Previous experience in site based / construction HSE capacity essential.

Must be versatile and able to work on their own initiative to support fast paced site operations.
