On behalf of a client, a leading global ICT Services Group we are looking for a Channel Manager for their Smart Offices Technologies division.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the business development and revenue growth of our client Smart Spaces business unit in Singapore. Through a deep understanding of the country's channel environment, smart solutions and end user landscapes, the Channel Manager will establish new channel sales avenues to win new business focused on our client Smart Offices solutions.

Through a deep understanding of the country's channel environment, smart solutions and end user landscapes, the Channel Manager will establish new channel sales avenues to win new business focused on our client Smart Offices solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse smart office technology market (and trends) to identify direct opportunities and channels, and develop strategies for market growth through channels
- Drive high volume sales of small-medium size smart office solution packages (pre- packaged, easy to deploy, low to no customization), predominantly from new business acquisition (>80% of the quota)
- Upselling of smart office packages to tenant companies of our existing smart buildings in Singapore
- Build and maintain positive channel/partners relationships through proactive networking
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Manager by providing inputs in the planning of sales and accurate forecasting
- Provide periodic and accurate reports and presentations on sales performance, sales activities, customer visits, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing channel partners
- Proven track record in channels sales in the built environment would be a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior level executives
- Excellent business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, independent and result- driven
- IoT / IT background preferred but not a must
