Contract: Site Rep - Flexible Pipe / France

Site Rep for Flexible Pipes - Client (operator) role - Le Trait, France.

The client, a global energy operator, require a Site Rep to be responsible, within the EPCI scope of the project, for monitoring and supervising all flexible products; assembly, testing and final delivery in the flexible pipe manufacturing plant, in Le Trait, France.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Company HSE policy is promoted and good standards and practices are in place, including proper reporting and efficient communication channels;

* Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments and is safely, properly and timely performing his activities as per Project specifications, design and codes;

* Site works are permanently followed;

* Any technical, procurement or resources bottleneck which could lead to schedule slippage are identified;

* Quality Assurance & Quality Control are properly managed.

* Work in a cross-functional manner with the package lead and quality team to achieve technical solutions Contract execution monitoring:

* The job holder shall have good knowledge of the Project contractual and technical requirements related to Flexible Production System;

* The job holder shall ensure that Contractor is delivering the WORK in line with the relevant contract requirements (HSE, quality, schedule) and approved project procedures (ITP, FAT, EFAT …);

* The job holder shall monitor Contractor's organization to ensure that adequate skills and experience are available and properly organized to carry out the work in line with the contracts requirements (HSE, quality, schedule);

* The job holder shall monitor Contractor's direct and safety manhours spent on construction activities to establish a manhours trend per equipment at the end of the project.

* The job holder will supervise the day to day fabrication activities performed by Contractor and witness and/or delegate to other company representatives, in agreement with his line manager. The job holder shall ensure the prompt review of the dispatch dossier including all necessary certifications as well as the finalisation in timely manner of the manufacturing record book associated with deliverables. The job holder shall monitor, instruct, correct and report the working practices of Contractor as necessary. The job holder shall follow construction, FAT, EFAT, SIT and loadout activities on site.

* The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements and for implementing HSE rules within his area of responsibility.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience in similar position

* Strong knowledge in flexible pipes

* Languages: English mandatory, French highly desired
