Plant Manager / Turkey

The client is currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join an owner and operator of several coal fired plants. The plant manager will lead the operation manager, the mechanical maintenance manager, the electrical maintenance manager and other teams.

To be considered for this role you will need the below experience:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• At least 10 years of experience in management and in Coal Fired Plants
• Experience in assessing the condition of plant
• Experience in plant optimisation
• Identifying best practices and ensuring continuous improvement in the O&M activities
• Developing safe maintenance and operation practices
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance
• Team management, re-organisation of team knowledge
