The Role:
Provide quality engineering support and direction in quality assurance, with a focus on continuous improvement of products and processes. Lead / deliver initiatives & projects to enhance quality performance and ensure compliance to regulation and standards.

• Lead by example, driving quality improvement initiatives
• Work in a fast-paced environment owning and deliver on problem solving and root causing activities
• NC & CAPA work, key part of problem solving and root causing activities.
• Lead and participate in the development and improvement of the manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
• Review and approval of change management activities.

You:

• Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent/ related subject OR apprenticeship / relevant training
• 5 or more years’ experience in Quality
• Experience of the following:

• Medical Devices; class II, III
• Validation
• NCR and CAPA
• MDD to MDR
