About the role
Immediate requirement for a document controller for a global mining operator in NSW. Initial 6 month contract with ongoing opportunities
The role will entail :
Processing in document management and collaboration systems – Aconex and SharePoint.
? Issue workflows for all project information and operations
controlled documents.
? General day-to-day document control support.
? Assist document contributors, owners and approvers
within CDMS and Aconex.
? Maintain hard copy document library for
Installation Operation and Instruction Manuals.
? This role is expected to contribute to the successful
planning and delivery of projects, providing Doc
Management functional support between contractors and
site project/functional stakeholders through to successful
Project Close-out.
? Demonstrate company Values in completing the role
dimensions/accountabilities
To be considered for this role you must have the following :
Formal Document Control certificate or equivalent desirable
? >5 years demonstrated experience in a Document Control environment/capacity,supporting project delivery
? Experience using Aconex, Sharepoint Online or equivalent
? Competency with the Microsoft office suite of products
