The client are currently searching for a Customer Analyst for a 6 month contract with a global petrochemical manufacturer in their Paris offices.

As Customer Analyst:

The interpreter-analyst will be positioned as support for the various branches for the characterisation of materials catalysis / battery / polymers / composites and rocks.
The service will be brought to evolve concerning the activities and will be shared between the 2 services Lub IND and Expectations of the Customer Analyst are:

The collection of the specific requirements of the automotive customers (in addition to the iatf 16949 standard) and of the customers industry (food, pharma, etc.)
Analyse these requirements, understand the requirements and their implications for total lubricants
Define and manage action plans in the event of non-compliant requirements, in cooperation with process managers
Sales support to negotiate exemptions with their customers
Document monitoring of customer requirements
Final report to be validated internally

Experience:

Relevant chemical / petrochemical industry experience is desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to navigate customer requirements through quantitative analysis
FRENCH language
