Project Development Manager - Renewable / Vietnam

The client is working with a Renewable Energy Developer to recruit a Project Development Manager. Activities of this role will cover all aspects of development including the identification of new development opportunities, securing land tenure, obtaining consents, community consultation.

 

Location: Based on Site

 

You will be a perfect match if you have:

 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, preferable Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineer.
• Hands-on project management experience in Energy sector (Oil and Gas, Power, Renewable is a plus)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification, this is a plus
• Demonstrable knowledge of the renewable energy industry, policy and regulations
• Strong understanding of the development process including site identification, constraints analysis, grid connection and permitting process in Vietnam
• Excellent commercial and technical risk management knowledge and skills
• Ability and willingness to work effectively independently and in a team environment
• Excellent persuasion skills, a good networker, and a good negotiator
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skill
• Vietnamese and English fluency is a must.
