Contract: Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Brussels Capital

The client are sourcing a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a global engineering operator for their Benelux operations (Office location can be flexible between Ne or Be - working from home in the first instance)

As Talent Acquistion Sourcer, you will  assist the Northern Continent talent acquisition team.

The sourcer will be predominantly sourcing candidates for roles based in the Netherlands but also in France and Germany. Candidates must therefore have an excellent comment of the Dutch and English languages and well as French and German.

Candidates will have:

• 3 years prior experience in a recruitment role,
• RPO experience would be preferable but we would also consider agencies recruitment experience. E
• Experience in the recruitments of engineering / manufacturing and corporate roles in the oil & gas / petrochemical industries and therefore have full understanding of the technical requirements for roles in the industry.
• Strong networking qualities (via LinkedIn or other sites/software)
• Autonomous, self-starter, proactive, and able to quickly adapt their sourcing strategy to target prospective workforce as per the requirement specifics.
