HR Coordinator - Civil Engineering / Norway

HR Coordinator/professional- Trondheim, Norway

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist / Site Project HR Coordinator in civil engineering and infrastructure sector.
-Industrial Relations experienced. Updated knowledge of Collective agreements, Labor Law, Social and tax scheme.

Responsibilities:
-HR direct support to the project.
-Payroll Administration, control /collate monthly inputs and coordinate with payroll team
-Liaise with Corporate and External Talent/recruitment partners to cope with Project Staffing needs
- Interface with Hr subcontractors representatives and other organisations as Union Trades, Local Authorities.
-Lead welcoming procedures
- Assure the compliance of Corporate Hr procedures in the Project

Academic: BSc/ Master in HR or Laws

Reporting to : Project Manager + CFO and HR Corporate department

Salary: 400- 500.000,00 nok annual gross salary

Language: Norwegian and English

About

We need to have a HR Generalist figure that gives support to our Project as well. Seeking a proactive Hr professional, who take attention to detail, keen on develop procedures, used to work in complex project. On site experience is much appreciated. He/she will be liaising with own and External resources to cope with projects needs regarding labor and social legislation, payroll and staffing . Based in Trondheim and Melhus, but with availability to go to site regularly.
