This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established civil construction company located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 10 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to oversee day-to-day operations on a full time basis on new and ongoing projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be engaged in Pipe laying and drainage projects. To be considered here, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Leading Hand working on drainage projects. We are seeking a professional who is process orientated, with the ability to have task specific focus and multi-task.
