The client is looking for a Commissioning Manager on 28/28 Rotation in Basra Iraq

The Commissioning Manager is a key member of the project leadership team and will be expected to manage the project commissioning scope, schedule and budget in accordance with the design intent and to the HSE requirements that meet operability targets agreed with Project General Manager.
