Project Manager / Vietnam

The client is currently looking for a Project Manager to look after a gas facility upgrade project for one of our global partners. This is 2 years contract with Immediate start based in HCMC region.

 

**Responsibilities:

As part of the engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full project delivery.

·      Taking in charge of Handover phase (Technical Performances, Capex, budget, schedule, Scope, Risks,...) up to the transfer to Operations.

·      Insure Excellence in Construction & Pre commissioning.

·       Working directly with external/internal suppliers, including E&C

·      Interface with many stakeholders (In Vietnam and in other countries) to ensure the overall Quality and Integrity of the Plant.

·      Satety, quality and Risk management and general activities:

·      Check resources out and required skills to secure excellence in the Execution

·       Manage Changes and support the Accountable Person for final customers negotiation

 

**Requirements:

·   Strong technical and project management background from the petrochemical or industrial gas industry (at least from 10 years of experience)

·   Hands-on experience in project management tools, techniques as well as mechanical, Electrical tools, Operations, Controls of process equipments.

·   University degree or higher with background of Process, mechanical, chemistry or electrical engineering

·    PM methodology training / PMI certificate

·    English: Upper- intermediate

 

Due to current market restrictions applicants must be based in Vietnam with strong communication skills and experience working in an international working environment.
