Contracts & Procurement Manager / France

The client is a leading operator within the Energy; oil & gas sector. Seeking an experienced contracts & procurement professional to join their team in Pau,France.

Tasks

• Participation in the drafting of pre-consultation files and calls for tenders on high-stakes subjects.
• Management of the drafting of pre-consultation files and calls for tenders on subjects of limited stakes (Confidentiality Agreement, scope, etc.).
• Direct or assist the sites in the negotiations of orders and contracts.
• Drafting of contracts in compliance with operating procedures and rules.
• Monitoring of the portfolio of contracts and orders, assistance to operational staff in contract management.
• Assistance to operational in any disputes in relation to the Legal, Insurance and Finance Departments.
• Assistance to the Global Category Manager Seismic in the management of multi-site files.

Deliverables

• Monitoring and improvement of purchasing performance:
• Participation in the drafting and development of standard contracts and the improvement of the benchmark
• Monitoring of the purchasing portfolio (compliance of use, etc.) and of performance indicators. performance,
• Verification of the correct application of the framework contracts negotiated by the Category Manager.
