For a Hydropower project in Nepal the client is urgently seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil). Below you can find some information about the project as well as the job profile and tasks to be carried out.
The assignment should immediately start after the possible approval of the candidate with a minimum duration of 18 Months.

Project Information

100 MW Run of River hydroelectric scheme located approximately 145 km north of Kathmandu. The project is being implemented under two contract packages: Package I: Civil and hydromechanical works and Package II: Electro-Mechanical.

Resident Engineer (Civil):

* Has BSc. and MSc. (essential) in Civil Engineering
* Has 20 years Total professional Experience
* Has 15 years international experience in in hydropower construction project including construction management and supervision
* Has been a 'Resident Engineer' with at least two Hydropower projects

Salary: 12000 USD net monthly

Start Date: ASAP - (Pending client approval)

Location: Nepal
This is a Donor funded project the client approval process will be stringent and lengthy so it is essential that you meet the criteria stated above. Several CVs have already been rejected by the client customer for not meeting the approval standards set.
