Contract: Event Coordinator / Canada

The client is currently looking for a Connect Coordinator to work a 1 year contract in North York, Ontario. This position will be a part-time role working 2 -3 days a week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain calendar of events.
• Book all events from central calendar, maintains lists of attendees, assists with logistics event planning and execution.
• Create and maintain training delivery schedules.
• Drives approval and review process for communications.
• Document management.
• Organize and maintain SharePoint repository.
• Maintain distribution lists for the various stakeholder groups.
• Assist with training logistics.
• Assist with event planning/execution.
• Assist with roadshows, field visits, and business readiness activities.

MUST HAVE qualifications:

• Minimum three years of work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to establish a network of administrative contacts to enable efficient and timely event scheduling.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

NICE TO HAVE qualifications:

• College degree in the related field.
