Contract: Onboarding Administrator / Canada

The client is seeking an Onboarding Administrator in Northern Alberta, for a 1 year contract.  This role is camp based, with a 7 on/ 7 off shift, working 10 – 12 hours per day.

Duties:

• Provide guidance and assistance with access, onboarding, orientation and related duties
• Be available to answer questions or concerns
• Provide reception assistance for all visitors to various sites
• Enter data into Excel worksheets and necessary systems
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and emails
• Represent the organization with professional and positive attitude to public
• Any other duties as required and requested

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High regard for accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient use in MS Office applications including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
