Project Manager – Commercial Construction – Institutional Projects

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 30 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Project Manager to work on a full time basis on new & ongoing Projects.

Reporting to a highly accomplished Construction Manager, you will be engaged on a variety of institutional projects such as Schools, Heritage Buildings, Council Buildings and Universities. To be considered here, you must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within a commercial construction company here in Melbourne. We are seeking a technically proficient PC who can hit the ground running. Previous and proven experience delivering institutional projects is essential, as well as  a sound background in Contract Administration.
