Duration: 3 years

5/6 days per week, 10 hours per day.

Travel Days unpaid

Leave Schedule: 30 Calendar Days every 1 year OR 12 weeks / 2 weeks

Location: Qatar Onshore / possibility of overseas

Job Description:

• Leads the Project Management Team’s (PMT) procurement activities coordinating input from other PMT functions to monitor Contractor’s performance in the areas of procurement cost estimating, cost control, change control, planning, scheduling and progress measurement, and providing input as necessary to ensure Company and Project objectives are achieved..
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Commercial discipline or equivalent.
• 15+ years materials procurement and contracting experience on major oil and gas projects (>$1BN), with a minimum of ten years’ experience coordinating procurement teams executing major projects offshore.
• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Science, Commercial discipline or equivalent.
• 10 years’ broad materials procurement and contracting experience on major oil and gas projects, with a minimum of five years’ experience coordinating procurement teams executing major projects.
• Knowledge of worldwide Oil & Gas vendors and contractors , with a specific emphasis on offshore projects.
• Understanding of contract laws, insurance, legal and industry practices.
• Working Knowledge of regional (Qatar & Gulf) subcontractors

· Knowledge of subcontract management for offshore EPC contracts
