Freelance/Contract: Wind Logistic Project Manager / Vietnam

The market leading infrastructure & energy recruiter is seeking a Wind Logistics Project Manager for a role in Vietnam.

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Responsible for Logistics project execution mainly in Vietnam and support other countries, work with different function teams and suppliers to ensure the project execution smoothly and effective, including: vessel unloading and port operation, temporary storage, inland transportation, Tools return from the wind farms to the original countries, local import/export customs issue support, lifting instruction and so on. Daily report.
• Periodically investigate and update local ports and transportation rules and regulation, transportation permits, market vehicles, labors, ports status and other necessary information.
• Support local logistics supplier validation and audit.
• Do road survey / port survey for projects in pre-sales and execution in Vietnam and support other countries, complete survey report and road and port accommodation plan. Make transportation plan for the projects.
• Work with Technology team to solve the technical problems of the road accommodation.
• Periodically investigate and update local customs policy for the projects cargos/tools import and export.
• Support the local entity customs business, document the customs files.
• Other jobs arranged by leaders.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of logistics working experience, 3 years of heavy logistics working experience, healthy, native Vietnamese, driver.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Engineering or related
• Fluent and comprehensive English.
• Proficient in computer, Microsoft, Auto-CAD, Auto-TURN, other software
• Can work under high pressure, working hard, honest
• A quick learner of new knowledge, the high ability of communication
• Working experiences in maritime transportation, land transportation, port operation. Working experience in Tools management and planning is a plus.
• With very clear working logical
• Be able to travel.

Salary Package

My client will offer a rate per hour and will also provide flights, accommodation, transportation, immigration support, payroll services and accident insurance on site.
