The client are seeking a Local candidate in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq for the position of Head of Capital Construction, who will be responsible for Organisation and control of capital construction and reconstruction of the Pipeline System facilities and their timely commissioning and start up in compliance with the Routine Works Plan and Budget.

Job Responsibility's

Included but not limited to:

• Develops and controls the update of the Master List of Company facilities approved for construction, capital repair and reconstruction
• Ensures participation of the Capital Construction Section in preparation of the tender documents for selection of construction contractor
• Participation in preparation and control over implementation of the construction and reconstruction projects financing plans
• Ensures participation of the Capital Constriction Section in the expert review of the design and cost estimate documentation as well as revisions thereof

Requirements:

Included but not limited to: 

• 7 years Oil & Gas experience
• 4 years direct management experience
• Deep knowledge of Midstream Sector
• Expert in managing plans & budgets
