JICA Contract Specialist: Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) experience for an on-going Rail/ Metro project in Philippines.

Opportunity:

This leading International consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an experienced international expert to join their team. The initial contract shall be a 12 month assignment to be based in the capital, Manila as part of an international team.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual shall be responsible for supervising and administering the bidding and tendering process of the Electro Mechanical works package. As part of an international team working on behalf of the Department of Transport (DoTR) you shall be responsible for the issuing of tender documents and the analysis of submitted bids.

Key requirements for the role:

• Degree qualified
• Previous JICA experience
• 15+ years experience
• 5+ years on similar projects and in a similar role
• Strong FIDIC knowledge
• Regional Experience

Salary Package:

The salary package on offer is flexible as this is a new scheme the client is currently establishing the budget for each positions however I would expect them to be within $12-15,000 plus full expatriate package including Flights, accommodation etc.
