Construction Site Manager Wind / The Netherlands

Function description

• Safely leading the team in making sure the Construction of the Wind Farm is carried out in accordance with associated policies, procedures, and industry best practice;
  
• Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics;
  
• Establishing site organisation in co-operation with the Project Manager;
  
• Providing leadership, coordination, and management for the local construction team;
  
• Supporting the project team in all site aspects and liaising with other project team members;
  
• Liaising with local stakeholders (e.g. local authority, councils, landowners) in order to maintain relationships;
  
• Budget and timeline management;
  
• Ensuring that all relevant HSE and quality procedures are followed;
  
• Monitoring and managing subcontractors;
