Freelance/Contract: Cost and Contracts Administrator. Expert Project experience / Australia

Immediate requirement for a Cost & Contracts Administrator (with Expert Project experience) to support the delivery of a multi-million dollar solar farm construction project in Queensland.

Site-based and reporting to the contractors Project Manager, the appointed candidate will provide cost and schedule reporting in delivering the project, conscious of budget and schedule constraints including (but not limited to)
- Reviewing project delivery sequence / activities causing delay and proposing remedial actions.
- Preparation of project progress reports and review and planning of short and long-term resource allocation plans.
- Monthly review of cost v budget,
- Management of variations / forecasting of costs and revenues
- Identification of delays and entitlements to extensions of time

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Experience of Expert Project software package
- Multiple years experience in a similar role for multi-million dollar projects (experience in renewables is preferred)
-Valid construction industry white card
-Driving licence
-Willingness to undertake National Police Clearance / D&A screen.
-Current Australia working rights

Site/camp accommodation is provided.
This is initially a 6 month contract - with the possibility of a permanent position.
