Job Role / Responsibilities
Acting as the Marine Structures Superintendent you will be required to supervises assigned project work across marine structures and liaises between field engineering, estimating, and craft workforce to ensure project compliance with contract drawings and specifications. Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews daily work schedule with direct reports and provides input for weekly/monthly schedule updates based on project feedback.
Requirements
For this role the client require a minimum of a technical qualification or bachelor's degree. Experience managing crews in the field on heavy marine structures. Experience in foundations, substructure, superstructure are preferred. Working rights in the US is essential for this role.
Salary Package
The salary package is between $120,000 - $150,000 dollar plus a comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program, 401k, Medical Health Care, Dental, Vison and/or Provincial Medical, Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement Program.
