Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor / Dubai

The client is urgently looking for a Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor for one of our major Oil & Gas operator clients. The role is an equal time rotation on a 4/4 week schedule based on the rig in Abu Dhabi on site. Details are as follows:

Start date end of July 2020.

The estimated overall duration can't be fixed (depending on affiliate operational needs and also the overall length may depend on COVID restrictions worldwide)

Job Purpose: Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor DCSSV - Rotational Onshore.

Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor with 15 year's experience
In order to ensure that wells are delivered/ maintained safely, in optimized time & cost, with targeted productivity.
In compliance with client referential, local regulations and good oil & gas industry practices.
If candidate as already worked for client it could save time (we need people with high level experience)
Junior Drilling & Completion Supervisor with 5/8 year's experience
In order to ensure that wells are delivered/ maintained safely, in optimized time & cost, with targeted productivity.

Job description:
Drilling Operations dealing with possibility of blow out or high pressure accident. It is required to conduct routine assessment and control the operational risks.
Important expectations to deliver project in time and cost; high producer wells shutdown requiring to optimize, SIMOPS.

Working Relations :
Internal: all entities involved in the rig operations.
External: all contractors involved in the rig operations.

Authority :
Ensure the respect of safety rules, of the environment and of the frame of reference.
Guarantee the accomplishment of the completion and/or work-over operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimising costs and lead times.
Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services.
Contribute to optimize, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures .
It's required that the Senior Drilling & Completion & Supervisor and the Junior Drilling & Completion Junior has a Mechanical Diploma (Bachelor or University diploma or Higher Technical diploma).

Also required are the following certificates:
IWCF Updated -> E.Learning Certification is not accepted.
Medical certificate (less than 1 year) by an official organism (i.e. : ISOS center).
Without all of those documents valid at the time of start date we can't accept the candidate profile.
