For the client, one of the biggest RES developers in Europe we are currently looking for:
Procurement Manager
On this position, you would take an overall responsibility for the procurement of photovoltaic systems on an EPC basis, balance of plant (BoP), necessary insurances (Construction all Risk, Third Party Liability, Marine Cargo) needed during the construction phase and procurement of components part of a PV plant such as PV Modules, Inverters, Substations and all the related additional services such as mounting structures, cables, constructions services required to complete a PV farm.
The Procurement Manager is a vital part of the project team and will be the one handling the main negotiations with all suppliers and contractors in the project. The PM is responsible to handle the internal contact with the Technical Project Manager, Construction Project Manager (CPM), Transaction Project Manager (TPM), Development, and Legal advisors and decide upon the strategy, negotiation, commercial topics and risk management of the contracts and the procurement process.

Ideal candidate should have:
- at least 5 years of experience in procurement
- experience with coordinating purchases from Asia
- experience within the field of sourcing the vendors worldwide
- experience in sourcing the subcontractors
- experience in negotiations of different type of contracts. Preferable related to construction of infrastructure, manufacturing plant, automation or process industry, automotive.
- extensive knowledge about PV industry, it’s trends and products
- Good communication both internal and external
- Contract of employment or B2B
